Entry prices are basic paid configurations, not every feature in each app. Trainerize uses the lowest-priced eligible paid configuration, including Studio when its included add-ons cost less. PT Distinction includes recurring extra-client charges. Circle includes its 2% platform fee when payments run through Circle; external-marketplace scenarios route all payments through that marketplace instead. Kajabi assumes Kajabi Payments. TrueCoach and My PT Hub remain excluded from calculated savings because their billing commitments have not been confirmed. The calculator moves to a verified tier when available; unverified roster sizes are excluded rather than priced at an undersized plan. Some complete configurations require a quote. Compare the base plan, required upgrades, add-ons and usage together. There is no single verified “every feature” price across these products. The calculator includes only named, priced additions; the rest need confirmation.

Business includes Video and Stripe payments, so those $10 fees are not added again. Higher-tier nutrition costs $45; video usage, partner products and enterprise options vary.

For coaches: start without a monthly platform bill
Coachtrax charges a 6% commission on coaching payments, with no coach subscription fee. The platform caps that commission at $100 USD per coach per month. Payments use Stripe outside the Philippines and PayMongo in the Philippines.
Put it into practiceOn $100 in coaching payments, the commission is $6. On $1,000 it is $60. With the cap, $3,000 in monthly payments incur $100 commission instead of $180. A fixed subscription may become less expensive as revenue grows: use the client-count comparison above, which assumes $100 in monthly coaching payments per client. Actual fees depend on the amount paid.
For clients: no platform subscription
Clients pay no Coachtrax subscription fee. Independent tracking and the platform account are separate from hiring a coach. A coach sets out the services included in the coaching package you choose.

The 6% is the platform commission. Coaching package prices, wallet credits, payment processing and any applicable taxes are different parts of the transaction. The cap applies only to platform commission, not processing fees, taxes or other charges. The comparison previews capped platform charges, not your final payout.
