A calendar supporting a mix of coaching appointments.
01
One relationship, two settings
Hybrid coaching combines appointments with work the client completes independently. It can suit a client who values in-person feedback but cannot meet a coach for every session. The service needs a clear boundary between supervised time and independent training.
Put it into practiceUse Coachtrax bookings for appointments and programme tools for the work between them. That makes the next session part of an ongoing plan rather than an isolated event.
02
Give independent days a clear brief
Agree which sessions the client will complete on their own, what equipment they need and how they should record the work. Keep instructions specific enough to revisit without guessing.
Put it into practiceAt the next appointment, review the record together. If independent sessions were repeatedly missed, reconsider the schedule before adding more. The calendar and log describe different parts of the same week.
03
Explain the package
A hybrid package might combine live sessions with programme updates and message support. State the actual inclusions, response expectations and booking policy. Do not leave clients to assume that unlimited contact comes with every appointment.
Put it into practiceFor group coaching, communicate how class reservations work and what individual support is available outside class. Coachtrax supports both formats; you decide the service you can reliably deliver.
