A session calendar with confirmed appointments on the selected date.
01
A plan needs a place in the calendar
A workout programme and an appointment answer different questions. The programme describes the training; the booking reserves time with a coach. Coachtrax supports coach availability and session booking so both can sit within the same relationship.
Put it into practiceBefore reserving a time, check the session type, duration, location or meeting arrangement, and the coach’s booking rules. Make sure the appointment fits your actual schedule rather than the week you wish you had.
02
Personal sessions and group classes
Coaches can manage individual sessions and create group classes. Class capacity, scheduled sessions and reservations help organise the group format. Clients can review the class and reserve a place through the available booking flow.
Put it into practiceA group class is not interchangeable with a private session. Ask how much individual feedback is included, whether the class suits your experience, and what you should prepare before attending.
03
Keep changes clear
Cancellation and rescheduling are part of real life. Read the applicable policy before booking and use the session tools when plans change. Check any credit or payment outcome in the booking record instead of assuming all changes are free.
Put it into practiceFor a hybrid coach, the calendar can organise appointments while workout records support the days between them. Agree with clients which parts of the service happen live and which are reviewed later.
